Three clinic systems.
One onboarding record.

HyperClinic AI runs patient check-in, ambient AI documentation, and your website and local search from a single platform. Your practice fills out one record — every service is provisioned from it.

Built in Live Oak, Texas, for independent practices and multi-location groups.

Patient Check-In

Patients arrive registered. Front desk stops retyping.

Provider Scribe

The note is written while the visit happens.

Website & SEO

Every location found, every review answered.

Services

Buy one. Buy all three. Same record either way.

Each service stands on its own. Together they share one practice profile, one provider roster, and one list of locations — so nothing is entered twice.

Patient Check-In

Kiosk, tablet and mobile pre-registration that hands the front desk a finished record instead of a clipboard.

  • Pre-visit registration by text or link
  • Insurance card capture and eligibility
  • Digital intake and consent forms
  • Live waiting-room queue and wait times

Provider Scribe

Ambient documentation that drafts the note from the visit, then checks the coding before it leaves the chart.

  • Specialty note templates
  • Coding support and chart audit
  • Superbill generation
  • Critical-result escalation to the provider

Website & SEO

A practice site generated from your own record, plus the local search work that decides whether patients find you.

  • Location and provider pages that stay accurate
  • Google Business Profile sync across locations
  • Review monitoring and reply workflow
  • Structured data, sitemaps, NAP consistency
How it works

One contract, one form, then it runs.

Most practices buy three vendors and enter the same information three times. This is the part we removed.

STEP 01

Fill out the record

Legal entity, locations, provider roster, specialties, systems. Once. Every field shows which services it feeds.

STEP 02

We provision

Locations become office records, kiosk configs and location pages. Providers become scribe seats and bio pages. You get a task list of the few things only you can do.

STEP 03

Run it from one console

Check-in volume, note activity, ratings and search position for every location in one place — with your team's roles and scopes already set.

How we build

Rules we hold to, because clinics carry the risk.

Nothing is claimed that wasn't supplied

No invented taglines, no stock testimonials, no ratings you didn't earn, no credentials we can't verify. A marketing claim about a medical practice is that practice's exposure, not ours.

No third-party trackers on patient-facing pages

No analytics tags, chat widgets or font CDNs on the pages patients land on. A tracker on a page someone reached by searching a condition is a disclosure to that tracker.

Structured data is true or absent

Schema markup for a clinic or physician is published only where the underlying record supports it. A field we don't have is dropped, never guessed at.

Credentials never travel through a form

No API keys, passwords or 2FA codes are ever collected in onboarding. Access to your Google Business Profile is granted from inside your own account and can be revoked there.

Who it's for

Practices with more locations than administrators.

Independent primary care, multi-site medical groups, and specialty clinics that want the front desk, the chart and the phone lines pulling in the same direction.

Primary care Family medicine Internal medicine Pediatrics Women's health Podiatry Orthopedics Multi-location groups
Questions

Straight answers.

Do we have to buy all three services?

No. Each service is sold on its own. The onboarding record is the same either way, so adding a second or third service later doesn't mean starting over.

How long does onboarding take?

The record itself takes about an hour with the right person in the room. Go-live depends on the items only your practice can complete — confirming a sending mailbox, accepting a Google Business Profile invitation, and a smoke test per location. You get that list up front rather than discovering it later.

Does this replace our EMR?

No. HyperClinic AI sits alongside your EMR. Check-in feeds it, Scribe writes back to it, and nothing asks you to migrate charts.

How is patient information handled?

Protected health information stays inside the clinical systems it belongs to. Marketing and website tools never receive it, and public-facing forms are restricted to contact details with no free-text symptom fields.

Can we keep our current website?

Yes. The local search, Google Business Profile and review work can run against a site you already have. Generating a new site is an option, not a requirement.

Do you work with practices outside Texas?

Yes. We're based in Live Oak, just outside San Antonio, and work with practices anywhere in the United States.
